If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Review these guidelines before starting a return.
30-Day Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Late requests will be rejected, and no refunds will be given.
Return Eligibility
Items qualify for refunds only if:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (original condition)
- All tags, labels, and accessories are included
- Packaged in the original box (if provided)
Exclusions: Final sale items and products marked “non-returnable” on product pages cannot be returned (hygiene/policy reasons).
Exchanges
Direct size/color exchanges are not available. To get a different item: place a new order, then return the original for a refund. Damaged/defective/wrong items may be replaced or fully refunded at our discretion.
Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error: We cover return shipping (prepaid label provided where possible).
- Your Change of Mind: You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our fault).

- Order number
- Return reason
- Defect photos (if applicable)
We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect your return. Your bank may take 3–7 extra days to post the refund.
Missing Refund?
Check with your bank first—delays are common on their end. If 10+ business days have passed since approval, contact support for help.
Canadian Customers: Duties & Taxes
CBSA/carrier-imposed duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable (even for returns). Refunds cover product price + original shipping (if required by law and our error)—customs fees excluded.
